mission

After my own journey from hospital to happiness, I've made it my mission to help others learn the importance of checking in with ourselves BEFORE we start checking things off our to-do list.

Breaking Seams is a peek between the lines of my planner pages. Its multi-faceted topics and resources are a transparent representation of my experiences with mental and chronic illness, professional burnout, entrepreneurship, and personal growth as I work to redefine what "success" means for me as an adult.

I hope this serves as both a tangible resource and a transparent, ongoing conversation that will help us weave a collective masterpiece honoring both our ambitions AND our health.

who is it for?

My goal on Breaking Seams is to share my health story transparently, without apologizing for its complexity. In doing so, I hope to reach a few communities:

- the navigators: people trying to make sense of/heal from their own plot-twists

- the hikers: caretakers, hype-women, siblings, and allies... folks who saw our roughest days but chose to hike alongside us, understand the struggle, and remind us of our value.

- the stumblers: the unintentionally unaware. Educating through personal experience is a powerful entry-point to awareness. The more we share, the more doors we build for well-intentioned stumblers to step into *awareness*.

- the storytellers: fellow peer health leaders committed to sharing their story vulnerably in the interest of advocacy.
